About the Founder
Meet Shelly Mahindru – our Founder.
She is a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach with over 22 years of experience.
She started off her career in CMC (now part of TCIS) as a Software Engineer. And then joined IBM as a Senior Software Engineer. In the quest to connect with people directly, she progressed to become a Learning Facilitator, and HR Consultant at IBM.
During her 7 years at IBM as an HR Professional, she worked across diverse HR verticals, including Consulting, Analytics, and Facilitation. She has been freelancing as a Facilitator and ICF-certified Executive Coach for the last 8 years.
